Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (In Office)
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually (based on experience)
Position Overview
A growing home health organization is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and operational support for a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, supporting clinical staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving positive patient outcomes throughout the service area.
The ideal candidate is a strong nursing leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional home health services and developing high-performing clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and clinical oversight for home health operations and patient care services.
  • Ensure compliance with professional nursing standards, Medicare regulations, and agency policies.
  • Supervise and support nursing staff to promote quality patient outcomes and operational excellence.
  • Monitor clinical performance, documentation, and care coordination activities.
  • Collaborate with physicians, referral partners, patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Assist with quality improvement initiatives and achievement of organizational goals.
  • Mentor and develop clinical staff through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and patient-centered care.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of RN experience.
  • Previous leadership or management experience in home health, community health, or clinical settings preferred.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the service area.
