Clinical Manager (RN) – Home Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Bethlehem, PA office as a Clinical Manager. This office provides exceptional in-home care services to adult clients throughout the community.

If you are a skilled nurse looking to transition into a leadership role or advance your management career, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while supporting both clients and clinical staff. As a Clinical Manager, you will help ensure the delivery of high-quality care while mentoring and developing a team of dedicated nurses.

As a Clinical Manager, you will:
  • Lead, inspire, and support clinical staff in delivering exceptional patient care
  • Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits in the field
  • Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality, compliance, and positive patient outcomes
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities
  • Participate in the training and development of new nurses
  • Coordinate and provide ongoing education and in-service training for field staff
  • Collaborate with office leadership to support operational and clinical goals
Qualifications:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
  • Experience working with adult clients required
  • Previous home care or home health experience preferred
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation required
