Familiarity with Eagala’s unique model and protocols, as well as basic safety equipment for working with horses, is essential. Strong communication, empathy, and the ability to build trust with both clients and team members will set you apart in this role. These skills are important to offer safe, effective interventions that support client growth and well-being within the Eagala framework.

How to become an Eagala certified?

To become Eagala certified, individuals must complete a comprehensive training program that includes coursework in equine-assisted learning and therapy, demonstrate practical experience, and pass assessments to ensure competency. Certification typically requires ongoing education and adherence to Eagala's standards and ethical guidelines.
