Executive Assistant — Manhattan Beach | $70,000–$85,000 | Fully On-Site

We are partnered with a well established investment firm in the South Bay that is hiring an Executive Assistant. The firm is a recognized leader in its space with a high-growth portfolio and a team known for its fast pace, high standards, and collaborative culture.

The Executive Assistant will support senior leadership directly, serving as the operational backbone for their day-to-day. This is a fully on-site position with high visibility across the firm and direct daily interaction with senior leadership.

Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Manhattan Beach, CA — Fully On-Site, 5 days/week
Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000 base DOE + Benefits

Must-Haves:

  • Some prior professional experience: full-time, part-time, internship, or service industry
  • Evidence of coordination, scheduling, calendar management, or organizational responsibilities in prior roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication with a professional, polished tone
  • Comfort with or willingness to quickly ramp on Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Fully available on-site in Manhattan Beach five days a week with a realistic commute
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree

Strong Pluses:

  • Prior EA, administrative assistant, or office administrator title
  • Experience booking international travel (multi-leg, visa coordination, hotel and ground logistics)
  • Background in marketing coordination, project management, or event planning with scheduling exposure
  • History of supporting senior executives
