About the role
The Global EA Finance Business Partner delivers strategic financial insight and constructive challenge to senior leadership, leads initiatives to enhance financial performance, and manages operational finance teams to maintain consistency, compliance, and process excellence across assigned sub-regions. They ensure optimum performance, accountability and clarity for the EA business at a global and regional level, liaising with Regional EA Finance Business Partners to ensure this.
Responsibilities will comprise of supporting across multiple areas, including but not limited to:
Business Partnering and Commercial Support
  • Provide finance business partnering support to senior commercial and operational leaders, offering clear insights and challenge.
  • Prepare, iterate and present back annual T&T corporate budget and periodic re-forecasts for accounts managed.
  • Ensure alignment of the global and regional EA financial budgets, forecasts and actual performance.
  • Review, challenge, and validate assumptions from accounts in the region regarding business activities.
  • Support decision-making by producing forward-looking analysis, forecasts, and scenario modelling.
  • Identify and prioritize financial improvement initiatives that enhance profitability, efficiency, or compliance.
  • Work alongside FP&A team to produce periodic budgets, forecasts, bid & commercials reviews and an hoc analysis
  • Support the financial control team in production of monthly variance analysis & commentary
  • Ensure accounting standards and financial controls are applied consistently with the support of the financial control team
  • Oversee the financial integrity of all contracts in the sub-region or sector, ensuring compliance with policies and accounting standards.
  • Drive standardization and best practice in contract accounting processes.
  • Coach, develop, and support contract accountants to build their skills and careers.

What you'll need:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Proven ability to translate financial data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to challenge constructively to support better decision-making.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly in revenue recognition and contract accounting.
  • Leadership and people management skills, with experience developing and motivating teams.
  • Ability to manage across a diverse portfolio of contracts, prioritizing issues and interventions.
