Overview


Client First Technologies currently is seeking a Data Analyst to join our diverse team of technical professionals to support our federal government customer in managing large enterprise license agreements. Our ideal candidate will provide focused analytical support to help optimize the customer’s enterprise agreements (EA), including licensing utilization, entitlement management, and product research. Successful candidates are motivated self-starters who thrive in a dynamic, team-based environment.

This is a full-time, remote position.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Administer and monitor the Microsoft Admin Center and Entra ID environment in support of EA governance
  • Track identity, licensing, and entitlement status across the enterprise tenant
  • Develop, test and implement Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business, data and technical requirements associated with implementation of Enterprise Agreement (EA) processes
  • Conduct data analysis including license/entitlement utilization and trend analysis of Microsoft product licensing and usage across the enterprise
  • Research entitlement management options and evaluate underused or unused features for cost-recovery opportunities
  • Research new Microsoft product offerings and viable alternatives, assessing fit against customer’s functional requirements
  • Validate and maintain product/license reference data tables, including additions and corrections
  • Prepare and deliver technical domain presentations translating usage and licensing data into actionable findings for customer leadership
  • Recommend adjustments to the software licensing mix based on utilization findings to customer leadership
  • Maintain SLA tracking and security/compliance posture reporting for the Microsoft EA


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, information systems or related technical discipline required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience 
  • Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Power Shell, PowerApps, Power Query and MS Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Admin Center and Entra ID administration
  • Experience conducting license/utilization trend analysis in an enterprise Microsoft environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft entitlement and feature research processes
  • Ability to present technical findings to both technical and executive audiences


Preferred Qualifications

  • Federal enterprise licensing experience preferred



Physical Demands

  • Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
  • Occasional travel and overtime may be required



Required Clearances and Screenings

  • This position is subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility for a position designated with Tier 1 / Low Risk sensitivity
