As Digital Transformation Lead for their EPC organization, you'll define the digital strategy, integrate and extend enterprise systems, and build in-house tools with AI-augmented coding that turn scattered workflows into a single source of truth.   • Strong command of EPC workflows and project lifecycles (utility-scale solar/BESS a plus)
  • Experience with Workday, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Oracle, and P6
  • Expertise in data architecture, APIs, and BI tools — Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL
  • Hands-on AI tooling experience (Claude Code or similar)
  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Information Systems, or Business (Master's a plus)
  • Excellent communication and change management skills
