The Sales Operations Coordinator - EPC (Engineering, Procurement, & Construction) will lead the coordination and support of cross-functional teams focused on the growth opportunity with EPC accounts. This role drives collaboration between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Virtual Design & Construction, Product Management, and Customer Care to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies. A strong communicator and project manager, this individual ensures all teams remain aligned and informed from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and deployment of sales initiatives specifically targeting EPC accounts.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functional teams to align priorities, timelines, and resource planning.
  • Obtain actionable information from sales, translating and coordinating data analytics to manufacturing and supply chain to drive product availability.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.
  • Create and implement business strategies that align with EPC account revenue growth opportunities.
  • Track performance metrics and program milestones, to identify and implement solutions and process improvements in support of continuous improvement and agility.
  • Prepare executive updates, cross-functional briefings, and initiative reports.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, project management, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Experience in or exposure to EPC Accounts, MEP systems, or technical sales environments is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional coordination and communication.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, or Tableau.

Travel:
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25% of time to client locations and project sites.
