EB5Visa.io is seeking a motivated and well-rounded Social Media & Content Creator to help manage and grow our digital presence across social media, video, website content, and digital campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, comfortable with both strategy and execution, and excited to create content for an international audience. The right candidate will be able to turn complex topics into clear, compelling digital content that builds trust, attracts engagement, and supports company growth.

You will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and analyzing content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and the EB5Visa.io website. You should have strong writing instincts, an eye for design, video production skills, and experience using data to improve content performance.

Top candidates will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, comfortable using AI-assisted tools for content creation and design, and eager to test new formats, platforms, and workflows. Experience building content calendars, managing dashboards, tracking competitors, and coordinating multiple content projects is highly valued.

• Own and manage EB5Visa.io’s social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals, company updates, EB-5 news, investor education, and key business priorities.
• Write, design, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms.
• Monitor platform performance, audience growth, engagement, and content trends.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments or inquiries when appropriate, and help grow the company’s digital community.
• Track competitor activity and identify opportunities to improve content strategy.
• Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

• Help manage EB5Visa.io’s overall digital presence, including website updates, landing pages, blog content, press releases, and investor-facing materials.
• Draft and edit website copy, social captions, email content, and other marketing materials.
• Support SEO-focused content creation related to EB-5 visas, immigration, investment, real estate, and U.S. residency topics.
• Analyze performance across website, social media, email, and ad platforms.
• Recommend content improvements based on analytics, audience behavior, and campaign results.
• Support paid social campaigns, including Meta ads and other digital advertising efforts.
• Use analytics tools and reporting dashboards to track engagement, performance, and growth.

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media, YouTube, website pages, webinars, interviews, team features, educational content, and events.
• Operate company-provided camera, audio, and lighting equipment when needed.
• Edit polished long-form and short-form videos using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
• Create short-form videos optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
• Add captions, graphics, music, transitions, and branded visual elements to video content.
• Organize and manage video files, raw footage, project files, and final assets.
• Maintain a consistent production workflow from concept to final delivery.

• Design digital assets for social media posts, paid ads, website graphics, email campaigns, video thumbnails, and presentations.
• Create on-brand visuals using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
• Support the development of templates for repeatable, high-quality content production.
• Ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms.
• Work with the marketing team to maintain brand standards, design quality, and messaging consistency.
• Use AI-assisted design and content tools thoughtfully to improve speed, quality, and creative output.

• Build and maintain manual or automated dashboards to track social media, content, website, and campaign performance.
• Monitor metrics such as engagement, impressions, clicks, follower growth, video completion rates, website traffic, and lead-related activity.
• Prepare regular reports with clear takeaways and recommendations.
• Identify top-performing content and apply insights to future campaigns.
• Track industry trends, competitor content, and audience behavior.
• Help test new formats, posting times, creative styles, and messaging approaches.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, video production, or a related role.
• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Film, Design, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience managing professional social media accounts.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Hands-on experience with camera operation, video production, and video editing.
• Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar video editing software.
• Strong graphic design skills, including experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, platform trends, and content strategy.
• Experience with LinkedIn and Instagram growth strategies preferred.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaigns preferred.
• Experience with SEO, website content, blogs, or landing pages is a plus.
• Experience with data analysis, dashboards, or performance reporting is a plus.
• Interest in immigration, EB-5, real estate, finance, or investment-related content is a plus.
• Ability to travel approximately 3–4 times per year for company events, project visits, or content production.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Self-motivated, organized, curious, and comfortable working independently and with a team.

The ideal candidate is a creative builder who can manage social media, shoot and edit video, design polished visuals, write clear copy, and use performance data to improve results.

You should be comfortable moving between strategy and execution. One day you may be planning a content calendar, the next day editing a video, designing a LinkedIn carousel, updating a website page, or preparing a performance report.

You should enjoy learning new tools, testing new content formats, and turning complex information into content that feels clear, useful, and professional.
