At A Glance

We are seeking an E-Commerce Specialist who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing e-commerce campaigns, product launches, promotions, and online merchandising initiatives to drive revenue, engagement, and conversion. This role ensures the seamless execution of commercial activities across the e-commerce platform while optimizing product visibility and customer experience.  Working closely with the E-commerce Business Owner, Demand Generation team, Creative, Product Marketing, and Operations teams, this role serves as the central coordinator for campaign activation and online merchandising execution.

This is a hybrid role, which will require you to work at the Merchandise Mart office in Chicago 2-3 days per week.

Minimum PayUSD $55,000.00/Yr.Maximum PayUSD $70,000.00/Yr.What We Offer

What You'll Do

Campaign Execution

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of campaigns, launches, and promotions

Merchandising

  • Execute campaigns including launches, seasonal events, and flash sales

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner across marketing, creative, SEO, paid media, and operations

Performance & Experience

  • Monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, merchandising, or campaign management
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience working in global or matrix organizations (Preferred)

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce customer journeys and promotional execution
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Experience using tools such as Monday.com, Asana, and Trello
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Contentsquare, GA4, and Google/Microsoft Suite (Preferred)
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and e-commerce best practices (Preferred)
