You will lead the creation of interactive, technology-driven distance learning experiences for the FDA workforce. Leveraging advanced authoring tools, video, multimedia, and web-based formats, you will convert complex ideas into captivating digital modules. Your work directly enables agency personnel to access just-in-time, accessible learning whenever and wherever they need it. What You Bring to the Table
  • Education: Bachelor's degree with Instructional Design & Technology Certification / Online Learning Professional Certification (or equivalent)
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in online course development and multimedia production.
  • Technical Requirements:
  • Proficiency with industry-standard e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
  • Experience with SCORM/AICC compliance and integrating content into federal LMS platforms.
  • Background in video/multimedia presentation and distance learning methodologies.
  • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability clearance.
