Job description

UDR is seeking qualified candidates for a Learning Management System & eLearning Development Specialist opportunity in Charleston, West Virginia.
Description
Key Responsibilities
eLearning Content Creation: Build interactive online courses, videos, quizzes, and simulations using authoring tools.
LMS Administration: Configure courses, manage user accounts, enroll learners, and organize learning paths.
Data Tracking & Reporting: Monitor course completion rates, test scores, and compliance metrics.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot login or course playback problems for users.
Collaboration: Partner with subject matter experts to turn complex topics into clear lessons.
Learning Management System & eLearning Development Specialist must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Training & Development, Adult Learning, or related field.
Learning Management System & eLearning Development Specialist must have a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting enterprise or organizational learning programs.
Learning Management System & eLearning Development Specialist must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate technical content into effective learning materials.
Learning Management System & eLearning Development Specialist must have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience with LMS configuration, administration, and ongoing system support including LMS architecture, course structures, user roles, permissions, and course management.
Learning Management System & eLearning Development Specialist must have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience with LMS configuration, administration, and ongoing system support including LMS architecture, course structures, user roles, permissions, and course management.
Leaming Management System & eLearning Development Specialist must have a minimum of 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues related to course delivery or LMS functionality.
Learning Management System & eLearning Development Specialist must have a minimum of 5 years of experience designing eLeaming courses, quizzes, and assessments.
Learning Management System & eLearning Development Specialist must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with common eLearning development tools
Learning Management System & eLearning Development Specialist must have a minimum of 5 years of experience applying instructional design methodologies to create learning experiences for adult learning and workplace training environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Information Technology, or Human Resources.
Experience: 2 to 3+ years of corporate training, instructional design, or LMS administration experience.
Technical Tools: Proficiency in authoring software like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate, and familiarity with LMS platforms like Moodle, Canvas, or Cornerstone.
Standards Knowledge: Understanding of e-learning standards like SCORM and xAPI for tracking data between content and the LMS.
