Job description

Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Content Developer, eLearning & Video to create engaging learning content that helps users understand and adopt complex software platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending instructional design, video production, and visual storytelling to create impactful learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and edit short-form eLearning and training videos
  • Develop visual documentation, presentations, and knowledge base articles
  • Use AI-powered content creation tools to enhance and accelerate production
  • Design learning paths and instructional content for software users
  • Collaborate with product and training teams to translate technical concepts into engaging learning materials
  • Analyze content performance and recommend improvements

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, technical training, or content development
  • Experience creating video-based learning content and multimedia training materials
  • Strong ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Experience with tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar platforms
  • Background supporting SaaS, enterprise software, technology, media, or digital products preferred
