Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Experience with CPG domain, worked in shop floor and understands manufacturing and warehouse from inbound to outbound
  • Experience in Leading end-to-end MES and Industry 4.0 transformation programs from Due diligence, requirement gathering, product selection, development, pilot deployment, rollouts, adoption and value realization
  • Techno-Functional SME in Manufacturing Operations Management (Production Management, Quality Management, Inventory management, Maintenance management, Energy management)
  • Hands on experience in architecting NexGen MOM solutions (MES integration with OT & Enterprise, On-Prim, Edge + Cloud)
  • Hands-on MES experience (Pref. GE Proficy MES) with SQL, Historian, OPC, OT & ERP integrations. Experience in transforming reactive solutions into predictive, GenAI, Industrial AI and self-resolving use cases
  • Track of Building, Mentoring, and scaling high-performing MES and I4.0 delivery teams (min. 200 member team )
  • Thought leadership to bring Outside in View on Industry trends. Growth mindset to visualize and build solutions to address business challenges
  • Proven global customer-facing ownership: executive updates steering committees, Risk mitigation, Change management, contract/SOW governance, benefit realization.
  • Program execution using Water Fall, Agile SAFe + stage gate, Azure DevOps, and DevOps CI/CD concepts
  • Plan and track budgets, SOWs, invoices, and change orders; resource utilization & tracking

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Act as Single point of contact for the customer (Business & IT VPs) for the overall engagement
  • Review Program Charter, Operating Model, RACI, and Governance Calendar against Scope
  • Review baseline, and track customer KPIs and TCS delivery/strategy metrics across every engagement
  • Review program milestones, bring rigor in delivery (time, quality, effort)
  • Run weekly/Monthly Governance: RAG status, KPI performance, risks/issues/decisions (RAID), benefits tracking.
  • Review the solution functionally and technically, Orchestrate multi-functional and technical team to deliver the program and bring synergy across the programs
  • Drive AI adoption across all programs to improve team productivity. Drive AI use cases across MOM applications
  • Manage $ 20 MM portfolio, create pipeline with sales and deliver the programs
  • TCS Delivery/Strategy: SLA compliance, defects & leakage, MTTR/MTBF, schedule/effort variance, utilization, attrition, automation benefits, Mfg. led AI initiatives, CSAT, compliance audit scores
