Job Summary:
The Learning Content Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of learning programs and deliverables in accordance with department policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Upon onboarding and completion of required certifications, the Learning Content Specialist will:
* Collaborate with team members and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and update learning content.
* Conduct peer reviews and quality assurance (QA) of learning deliverables.
* Partner with content developers, LMS administrators, and Implementation Administrators to implement training content on Intuitive Learning, ISU, and Seismic platforms.
* Ensure accurate tracking of training content throughout the implementation and translation process and provide regular status updates to CL&D teams.
* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that arise during the implementation and evaluation phases.
* Identify opportunities to streamline the training content implementation process.
* Assist in evaluating learning content using qualitative and quantitative methods to support continuous design and development improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:

* 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
* Experience designing and developing eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), and assessments.
* Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other Instructional Designers to develop learning content.
* Experience working with instructional design processes, tools, and templates.
* Ability to prioritize multiple development projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
* Ability to sign off on applicable technical and/or clinical content.
* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
* Must provide work samples and/or a portfolio.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or completion of a relevant certificate or bootcamp.
Required Technical Skills:

Preferred Qualifications:
