Position Summary
The Transformation Manager partners directly with Workstream leaders to identify performance gaps, generate ideas for value creation, and drive execution of strategic initiatives. This role combines analytical problem-solving with strong business partnership skills to ensure growth opportunities are identified, developed, and realized.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with workstream leaders and functional stakeholders to develop and maintain transformation portfolios and value delivery plans.
  • Analyze business performance to identify root causes, performance gaps, risks, and opportunities.
  • Facilitate ideation and opportunity development sessions to generate initiatives that improve growth, profitability, productivity, customer service, or operational performance.
  • Develop business cases that quantify financial and operational benefits and support investment decisions.
  • Lead the execution of large transformation initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation and value realization.
  • Monitor initiative performance and take corrective actions when expected outcomes are at risk.
  • Ensure business ownership and accountability for initiative delivery and results within the workstream.
  • Collaborate across workstreams and with Transformation team to align priorities and remove barriers.
  • Support governance processes by providing visibility into portfolio performance, risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
  • Influence stakeholders to adopt new ways of working and drive sustainable business improvements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in transformation, strategy, consulting, operations, program management, or continuous improvement.
