Job description

The Sales Analyst Intern supports various internal teams, including Sales, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will assist with sales data analysis, contract renewal engagement, revenue retention support, reporting/dashboarding, and data cleaning.

What You'll Do

  • Perform Sales Analytics and Reporting tasks as assigned to support sales team performance management

  • Execute all phases of the subscription renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers of renewal, creating quotes, and closing renewal opportunities

  • Engage with renewal overlays regarding strategic support for revenue retention efforts

  • Promote process improvement for new and existing processes

  • Validate and research sales-related activities to achieve a high level of data integrity

  • Build working relationships across the organization to better integrate Sales Operations with teams supported by and supporting us

  • Support the sales team in data collection and interpretation of data to drive increased sales production

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Actively enrolled in a degree-seeking program in Business or a related field of study

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technically savvy with the ability to demonstrate a high level of competency using Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc

  • Strong communication and leadership skills demonstrated through leadership positions in community, school, or other programs
