Job description

The Technology Services Operations Intern will work with the Business Technology team to support AI enablement, enterprise technology operations, and strategic technology initiatives. You will assist with AI adoption, technology implementations, and process improvements while helping deliver a great technology experience for Workiva employees.


What You'll Do

  • Support AI enablement initiatives by researching capabilities, documenting best practices, and improving employee adoption

  • Assist with enterprise technology implementations, migrations, and operational projects

  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials

  • Assist with project coordination, testing, and user acceptance activities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve technology operations and employee productivity

What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications

  • Actively pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Self-motivated with a strong focus on continuous improvement

  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
