We are seeking candidates in Nashville or Tampa to work a hybrid schedule in either office location. Remote candidates will not be considered.

Revenue Enablement Specialist

  • Assist the Manager, Revenue Enablement with building scalable onboarding programs that reduce ramp time and accelerate new hire productivity.
  • With the Manager, Revenue Enablement, collaborate with Sales Leadership to assess knowledge gaps and performance trends and build targeted development programs that improve seller outcomes.
  • Facilitate ongoing sales training, including methodology adoption (e.g., MEDDICC), playbook execution, and soft skill development.
  • Support the administration of the sales enablement platform (e.g., Highspot, Allego), ensuring content governance, relevance, and accessibility.
  • Design, develop and deliver high-impact enablement materials, including e-learning modules, QRGs, role-based playbooks, live training decks, and just-in-time learning resources.
  • Support cross-functional launches by coordinating training on new products, services, messaging, and tools with Marketing and Product.
  • Measure and report on the impact of enablement programs using KPIs such as ramp time, content engagement, training effectiveness, and sales performance uplift.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the internal sales resource library, ensuring alignment to sales stages, buyer journey, and current GTM motions.
  • Stay current with enablement and learning trends, technologies, and tools to ensure innovation in program design and delivery.
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives designed to optimize the sales process and accelerate revenue generation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning theory
  • Strong facilitation skills across live, virtual, and asynchronous environments
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Experience with e-learning tools and video creation/editing platforms (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate)
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Allego, Seismic) and LMS platforms
  • Experience using data and performance metrics to evaluate learning impact and refine programs
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN)
  • Experience supporting multiple sales segments (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise)
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment

Position Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Instructional Design, Communications, Education, or related field and/or 5+ years' equivalent work experience

Prior Work Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or GTM-focused Learning & Development roles
  • Proven success designing, delivering, and measuring onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for quota-carrying sales teams
  • Experience managing content strategy and structure within enablement platforms and LMS tools
