Position Summary:Job Summary: The Program Manager supports the delivery and continuous improvement of enablement programs that help Go-to-Market teams perform at their best. This role designs learning experiences, supports cross-functional initiatives, and helps deliver product and process launch enablement in partnership with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Operations. The role balances project coordination, training delivery, and content development to drive measurable business outcomes, exercising judgment within established program guidelines and escalating higher-complexity or cross-organizational decisions to enablement leadership.

Essential Responsibilities / Duties

  • Design, facilitate, and continuously improve onboarding and certification programs for new members of the Go-to-Market organization, partnering with leaders to ensure a consistent, engaging experience.

  • Facilitate instructor-led training sessions in virtual and in-person environments, and design learning experiences using eLearning, videos, job aids, playbooks, and knowledge articles.

  • Deliver training for new products, sales methodologies, systems, processes, and organizational initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Operations to support product launches and business initiatives, translating business requirements into effective enablement programs and learning solutions.

  • Create and maintain playbooks, onboarding materials, process documentation, certifications, presentations, and knowledge base articles, ensuring resources remain accurate, organized, and easy to access.

  • Track key enablement metrics such as onboarding completion, certification rates, learner engagement, and time-to-productivity; use data to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.

  • Incorporate AI into everyday workflows to improve productivity, accelerate content creation, personalize learning experiences, and increase program effectiveness.

  • Build strong working relationships across teams to ensure enablement programs stay aligned with business priorities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Program Management, or a related field.

  • Experience designing and delivering engaging training programs for customer-facing teams.

  • Strong instructional design and content development skills.

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and managing competing priorities.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to evaluate program success.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for incorporating AI into everyday work.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology company.

  • Previous experience in Sales, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or another customer-facing role.

  • Experience supporting product launches or change management initiatives.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LMS platforms, Confluence, or similar GTM technologies
