Job description

Dunlop Manufacturing, Inc., a leading manufacturer of accessories for the music industry, is seeking an experienced and strategic E-Commerce Manager to join our team in Benicia, California.
As a recognized leader in guitar accessories, we are passionate about delivering exceptional products and customer experiences. We're looking for a results-driven professional who can lead our online store strategy, optimize performance, and enhance the digital customer journey.
Requirements
  • Manage, maintain, and optimize the website and e-commerce platform, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, specifications, images, and promotional content.
  • Handle daily website updates, maintenance tasks, product data entry, image uploads, and coordination of sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and resolve content issues and UX concerns, making updates and fixes using HTML and CSS as needed.
  • Coordinate with web developers and external vendors to implement site updates and address technical issues.
  • Apply SEO best practices to content and product listings while collecting, organizing, and analyzing e-commerce and marketing data to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage BigCommerce to ensure accurate product data, pricing, and inventory, maintaining alignment with the SYSPRO ERP system and recommending platform enhancements.
  • Build and format consumer and sales email newsletters using approved templates; manage Mailchimp campaigns including setup, testing, scheduling, and list maintenance.
  • Support cross-departmental teams by managing website updates, product launches, and digital campaigns, ensuring all content is accurate, current, visually consistent, and aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and knowledge of the MI/music industry.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms, e-commerce systems (Shopify, BigCommerce), and web analytics tools.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, digital sales funnels, and customer-journey optimization.
  • Experience with SEO, metadata management, data uploads, and emerging e-commerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp and email marketing best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comprehensive documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the Dunlop product line.

Benefits
