Job description

The E-Commerce Specialist helps manage the day-to-day online store for Never Me Always We – Clothing Brand. This role includes updating products, helping with online promotions, checking orders and inventory, and making sure customers have a smooth shopping experience.

Salary Range: $75,000 – $125,000 annually


Key Responsibilities


  • Add and update clothing products, prices, sizes, photos, and descriptions on the website.
  • Help prepare new product launches, promotions, discount codes, and seasonal sales.
  • Check the online store regularly and report or fix basic product, checkout, or inventory issues.
  • Keep website inventory information accurate and up to date.
  • Review online orders, sales, popular products, and customer shopping activity.
  • Work with the design, photography, and fulfillment teams when needed.
  • Help organize products and collections so customers can easily find what they are looking for.
  • Prepare simple reports on online sales and product performance.


Requirements


  • Beginners and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Previous e-commerce or online retail experience is helpful but not required.
  • Basic computer and internet skills.
  • Comfortable learning how to update products, prices, and inventory online.
