Job description

E-COMMERCE SALES REPRESENTATIVES WANTED
$18/Hour + High-Ticket Commissions | $100K+ Earning Potential

Mainstream Talent Agency is recruiting talented, motivated sales professionals to work with fast-growing e-commerce brands across the United States. Our clients are looking for salespeople who can speak with existing customers, handle inbound opportunities, recommend premium products and services, and close high-ticket sales.

Selected candidates will be matched with brands based on their experience, personality, and sales ability. These are performance-driven positions designed for people who want more than an hourly paycheck.

Compensation starts at $18/hour plus high-ticket commissions, with top-performing sales representatives having the potential to earn $100,000+ annually.

We’re looking for candidates who are confident on the phone, persuasive without being pushy, comfortable working with customers, dependable, competitive, and motivated by uncapped earning potential. Previous experience in phone sales, e-commerce, inbound sales, upselling, closing, call centers, or high-ticket sales is a major plus.

Mainstream Talent Agency connects great salespeople with great brands. If you can sell, we want to represent you.

Company Description

We take a personalized approach, understanding each client’s goals and each candidate’s strengths to make meaningful connections. Whether you’re building a team, launching a campaign, or bringing an event to life, Mainstream makes finding talent simpler while helping ambitious people take the next step in their careers.
