The E-Commerce Product Catalog Specialist owns the end-to-end product creation and digital presentation process across all e-commerce regions. This role is responsible for ensuring every product launches accurately, on time, and fully aligned to seasonal strategy and marketing activation.

This individual serves as the central orchestrator of digital product readiness, managing timelines, cross-functional alignment, data accuracy, and on-site execution.

What You'll Do:

End-to-End Product Creation

  • Own the full lifecycle of product setup across all regions.
  • Track seasonal assortments and identify which products require:
    • Global builds
    • Region-specific builds
  • Maintain visibility into:
    • Sample status and ordering needs
    • Shoot timelines and asset readiness
    • Marketing launch holds
    • Regional go-live timing
  • Ensure products go live in alignment with planned content and campaign activations.
  • Communicate launch readiness clearly across teams.

Customer-Facing Product Content

  • Build and publish complete product records in CMS/PIM systems.
  • Maintain and optimize:
    • Product narratives
    • Feature and benefit descriptions
    • Technical specifications
    • Attributes and taxonomy tagging
    • Image selection and sequencing
  • Ensure content is customer-first, brand-aligned, and SEO-optimized.
  • Partner with Creative and Merchandising to elevate product storytelling and conversion.

Weekly In-Season Activation Reporting

  • Provide weekly visibility into:
    • Product launch status
    • Activation alignment
    • Launch risks and delays
    • Regional readiness
  • Ensure product availability aligns with marketing campaigns and digital content plans.
  • Flag issues early and propose solutions.

Quarterly Catalog Health Audits & Executive Readouts

  • Conduct structured quarterly audits evaluating:
    • Data accuracy
    • Content consistency
    • SEO compliance
    • Taxonomy alignment
    • Image completeness
    • Regional consistency
  • Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Deliver a concise executive-level readout with findings and action plans.
  • Recommend operational improvements to elevate catalog standards.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or product operations.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A proactive problem solver who does not wait to be told whatโ€™s missing.
  • Comfortable managing multiple timelines at once.
  • Strong communicator who can coordinate across Product, Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and Development teams.
  • Comfortable presenting updates and reporting findings to leadership.
  • Curious about how product presentation impacts performance and conversion.

Pay Range: $30.00-$33.00 per hour plus bonus!
