What youll do
  • Be an essential part of the Global eCommerce Team that defines, develops, and executes the eCommerce strategy for Henkel Consumer Adhesives
  • Exploit the full potential of the Adhesive Consumer and Craftsmen Unit by building a data-driven management of online internal & external data and enable data-driven decision making
  • Capture & translate consumer behavior data and requirements into recommendations for assortment, product innovation, price, placement and promotion
  • Active contributor in international management team, closely collaborating with global and local ecommerce & digital teams and brands by selecting and managing agencies, service providers and tools
  • Assessing value of digital analytics and business intelligence, recommendation on tools and leading set-up of solutions
  • Act as a change agent to drive the digital transformation of Henkel Consumer Adhesives
