Job description

Job Summary
A women’s apparel manufacturer in Altadena, CA is seeking an organized and tech-savvy E-commerce Administrative Assistant to support digital operations on a contract/temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed administrative work, product presentation, website coordination, and creative digital content support.
The E-commerce Administrative Assistant will help keep online product information accurate, visually consistent, and up to date across the company website and digital channels. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in e-commerce, consumer products, apparel, digital merchandising, and marketing operations while collaborating with marketing and creative team members in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter product data, complete item setup worksheets, and ensure product information is accurate and ready for upload.
- Coordinate product listings, updates, promotions, pricing, and visibility on the company website.
- Use AI tools and digital media resources to generate, enhance, or prepare product imagery for online use.
- Manage and feature product content across website and digital media channels while maintaining brand consistency.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product displays are accurate, functional, and visually aligned.
- Review performance metrics and support improvements to product placement and online presentation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Location: Altadena, CA.
