What does a Dz Weekend do?

In a weekend news reporting position, you can expect to cover breaking stories, community events, and often fill in for weekday staff. The pace is fast, with a focus on timely updates and flexibility as news unfolds. Weekend teams are typically smaller, which fosters close collaboration between reporters, editors, and producers. This environment provides valuable opportunities to take on more responsibility and develop a varied portfolio, which can accelerate career growth within the newsroom.

What is a Dz Weekend?

'Dz Weekend' jobs typically refer to positions that require employees to work primarily on weekends, often in the service, retail, or hospitality industries. These roles may include responsibilities such as customer service, sales, event support, or facility management.
