Position Details

  • Locations: Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, and Ahwatukee โ€” assignments matched within 20 minutes of your preferred area
  • Hours: 4โ€“6 hours per week | Availability needed Mondayโ€“Friday, 4:00โ€“7:00 PM
  • Compensation: $20โ€“$28/hr (contract position) + performance bonuses

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with students who have IEPs, 504 Plans, or diagnosed learning differences (e.g., dyslexia, ADHD, autism spectrum, processing disorders)
  • Background in special education or a related field preferred
  • Comfort implementing accommodations and modifications, and adapting instruction to individual learning profiles
  • Currently enrolled in college or hold a college degree (Special Education degree or coursework a plus)
  • Strong communicator who can collaborate with parents and, when needed, school teams
  • Reliable transportation to travel to students' homes
  • Patient, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about student success
  • Specialized certifications (Special Education, ABA) are a plus, but not required
