Job Responsibilities

  • Perform consulting services for implementation projects in the areas of documentation, configuration, testing, and issue tracking

  • Perform support services to existing clients.

  • Develop appropriate peer-level relationships with clients, interact with the client project team regarding task status, and represent the company via formal and informal client contact

  • Configure, customize, and test systems based on the customer requirements

  • Develop and assist academy led training with content and expertise

  • Learn and utilize Armanino implementation standards and tools/documents

  • Write and maintain programming and project documentation based on provided specifications

  • Support end-user and system administrator training in remote formats

  • Understand and use configuration/programming and documentation best practices

  • Continuously improve knowledge through research and self-study

  • Identify and make recommendations to improve processes, methodologies, and best practices

  • Attain product certifications as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or information systems or equivalent preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year BC implementation experience and/or participation in at least 1 full life cycle implementation or minimum of 3 years' other ERP implementation experience

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed

  • Professional presence suitable for direct client interaction by telephone or in teams

  • Continuously improves knowledge through research and self-study

  • Experience with Microsoft Office

  • Experience in consulting or accounting

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, D365 Business Central, or other ERP products

  • Travel to client sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $74,500 - $101,500. For Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $81,900 - $111,600. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $85,700 - $116,800. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
