Position Summary

This Senior Consultant role works as the lead consultant on client’s Dynamics Business Central (BC) projects. This position will utilize best practices and methodologies to design, implement, and/or upgrade solutions for BC in the Microsoft Cloud and client on-premises installations. Consultants will also work with the internal team to provide subject matter expertise and escalated support issues for existing customers. This role will also assist in continuing to evolve procedures and best practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design, Test, Train, Implement, and Support customizations in Dynamics BC for new and existing customers
  • Provide support to reconcile and fix Dynamics BC data, as required
  • Identify software or service opportunities including training, modules, business process consulting, and development
  • Document and communicate issues, risks, and changes within internal CRM and project management software
  • Coordinate application updates, hotfixes, and upgrades for existing customers
  • Backup role for Application Support Desk and escalated support issues
  • Assist with creating and maintenance of internal and external product training curriculums and documentation
  • Participate in periodic online training classes held for hosted clients
  • Assist Centre Developers in testing and rollout of new customizations and products
  • Maintain a billing utilization rate of 75% or greater
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of internal and external product training curriculums and documentation
Desired Experience/Certifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
  • 3+ years of experience working on design, configuration, and support of Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central
  • Great communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Highly self‑motivated and directed, keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work in fast‑paced environment running multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work primarily in a climate‑controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
  • Occasional lifting (up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds) may be required.
