Job description

Job Summary

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office based Dynamics 365 Developer to join our Software Development team. 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining Dynamics 365 customizations and integrations to meet business needs and expand our proprietary systems. Additionally, you will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and providing support to ensure effective utilization of these systems.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and deploy custom functionality to Dynamics 365 software in an Agile environment;
  • Coordinate requirements gathering, design, development, testing, release, and maintenance support of applications;
  • Develop custom solutions in Microsoft Power platform;
  • Ensure implemented software is compliant, and aligned with Medpace security and performance standards;
  • Provide high level end-user support including feature training and troubleshooting for applications; and
  • Collaborate with team members regarding projects, development, tools, and training.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field;
  • 2+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 development with a focus on Finance modules;
  • Experience using C# & X++ in a software development lifecycle (SDLC) enterprise setting;
  • Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and database concepts;
  • 2 years of recent web development and Azure experience highly encouraged;
  • Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills; and
  • Excellent computer skills.
