What You Can Expect

As a Senior Manager,you'llcontribute by working with our clients as the leader of a team with primary responsibility to successfully execute engagements.This personexhibitsan advanced understanding of transformation programs, client's businessprocessesand risks.This person recognizes and works to mitigate areas of potential technical or high-risk engagement issues.Serving as both a role model and trainer, the Senior Managerdemonstratesthe attributes of excellent client service andassiststeam members in finding the right resources to develop technical and professionalcompetency. Relationships with client personnel and professional associates are strong as the ability to communicate, gain trust and network is consistentlydemonstrated. At the direction of senior leadership, the Senior Manager accepts responsibility for decision-making, ranging from staffing and preparation of deliverables to application of methodologies.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?

Demonstrated experience with:

• Over 5 years managing projects and people

• Experience managing 2+ projects or workstreams within a larger Microsoft Dynamics program/project

• Experience with setup and management of Azure DevOps for build effort

• Experience with creating and modifyingPowerBIdashboards

• Experience with technology governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and evaluation techniques

• Knowledge of technology strategy including strategy development, portfolio review/management, business case development, etc.Isa plus

• Experience managing teams of 5+ members, coordinatingresponsibilitiesand driving execution

• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Platform and capabilities of the different Microsoft cloud solutions

• Experience working on enterprise transformation initiatives (i.e.platform modernization and digital) is a plus

Technical Skills

• Proficientin project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.

• Strong grasp of methodologies, process adherence, and repeatability.

• Skilledin systems development lifecycle, operational processes, and tools like Microsoft DevOps.

• Experienced in quality assurance, documentation, and status reporting for diverse audiences.

• Maintains confidentiality and works effectively both independently and collaboratively.

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams across experience levels.

• Exceptional communicator, adept at tailoring messages for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Builds strong client relationships and fosters inclusive, high-performing team environments.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g.,MIS, CIS, or a related field).

• 7+ years working inprofessional services orindustry.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word,Exceland PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

• Professional Certification suchas:

• PMP certification

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP)

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate
