Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect

About the Role

Conduent is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect to inspire and lead technical teams to buildcutting-edgesolutions and proactively bringnew ideas, technologies, and methodologies to thetable. 

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) applications to meet complex business requirements across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Project Service modules.

  • Develop custom Plug-ins, Custom Workflow Activities, Custom APIs, JavaScript, HTML Web Resources, Business Rules, Ribbon Customizations, and Command Bar extensions using C# and .NET.

  • Build and customize Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages, and Custom Pages using Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Develop reusable Power Automate flows to automate business processes, approvals, notifications, and integrations with external systems.

  • Implement PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls to enhance user experience and extend Dynamics 365 functionality.

  • Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and external applications using REST APIs, Web API, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, and Custom APIs.

  • Develop Azure-based integration services to support real-time and asynchronous communication between enterprise applications.

  • Create and maintained Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, business process flows, and system configurations.

  • Customize forms, views, dashboards, site maps, and security models to improve usability and support business operations.

  • Configured and implemented Omnichannel for Customer Service, Unified Routing, and customer engagement solutions.

  • Integrate Genesys Cloud and other third-party applications with Dynamics 365 to enable omnichannel customer interactions.

  • Implement AI-powered capabilities using Microsoft Copilot, Power Virtual Agents, and Azure AI to improve productivity, automate customer interactions, and enhance user experience.

  • Develop and consumed Custom APIs, Web APIs, and external services for seamless enterprise integrations.

  • Create SSRS reports and FetchXML reports to support operational and business reporting requirements.

  • Manage solution deployments, version control, and release activities using Azure DevOps and Power Platform Pipelines.

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Analyze business requirements and prepared technical design documents, effort estimates, and implementation plans.

  • Develop proof-of-concept (POC) solutions to evaluate new Microsoft technologies, Power Platform features, and AI capabilities.

  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and production support while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

  • Investigate and resolved production issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions.

  • Optimize application performance through efficient plugin design, query optimization, and best practices for Dataverse development.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, solution architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality CRM solutions.

  • Mentore junior developers by providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and sharing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform best practices

  • Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, knowledge transfer documents, and support documentation for ongoing maintenance and future enhancements

  • Requirements

  • Minimum 12 to 14 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE CRM plus Power platform CoE experience with strong technical and client facing skills

  • Dynamics 365 Customer Service experience is a must and the knowledge other Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of products

  • Experience setting up Power platform and Power pages.

  • Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support construction and deployment

  • Design components in a Service Oriented Architecture SOA environment with good technical expertise in middleware tools.

  • Providing highly available scalable Dynamics 365 architecture

  • Hands on experience in CNet Java Script MS SQL MS CRM SDK MSD developer toolkit SSRS

  • Subject matter knowledge in integration architecture and the ability to map integration pattern to functional usage

  • Experience in MS CRM 3rd party Integration using Middleware Tools APIs REST WebAPIs SSIS packages

  • Experience in using Azure services for integration. Azure Functions Service Bus etc. Power Apps and Power Automate for upstream downstream systems integrations.

  • Experience in data migration data analysis data mappings data harmonization using OOB and third-party tools preferable experience in Azure Data Factory.

  • Experienced in reporting architecture with SSRS and knowledge on Power BI

  • Good to have knowledge in latest features of Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights Customer Voice etc.

  • Experience in effective management of cloud platform resources and good understanding of security models and connectivity CRM systems

  • Technical expertise in setting up DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms with standard DevOps tools

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience. Masters Degree preferred.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $96,250 - $125,000.
