  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in simulation model development (preferably with Plant Simulation from Siemens)

  • Solid understanding of discrete event simulation and material flow modeling

  • Experience with manufacturing engineering and production systems

  • Familiarity with various material handling and transportation systems (AGVs, fork trucks, tuggers, conveyors, etc.)

  • Programming experience (Plant Simulation SimTalk preferred)

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); VBA experience a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to travel as required

Preferred:

  • Experience developing simulations for power & free, skid, and monorail conveyor systems

  • Exposure to crane systems, ASRS, and automated storage solutions

  • Prior experience with bottleneck analysis, resource optimization, and throughput studies

  • Leadership or mentoring experience in a technical or project environment
