Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant on the Real Estate Technology team, you will be responsible for:   

  • Leading and participating in the full lifecycle of ServiceNow and Nuvolo implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support
  • Assessing client business and technology needs through stakeholder interviews, current-state analysis, and problem diagnosis; developing recommendations and supporting implementation of proposed solutions
  • Architecting and configuring ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions, including data mapping, data migration, workflow design, and integration with enterprise systems
  • Translating business requirements into technical solutions by coordinating across client stakeholders, functional teams, and developers to support accurate and timely delivery
  • Coaching junior practitioners and supporting multiple workstreams by prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and adapting to changing client needs

Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of consulting experience in a professional services environment with a large or boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry, including 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow or Nuvolo implementation experience
  • Experience leading 5+ full lifecycle ServiceNow or Nuvolo implementations
  • Experience architecting, configuring, or customizing ServiceNow- or Nuvolo-based solutions, including data mapping, data migration, legacy transformation, and integration with enterprise systems
  • Experience enhancing or customizing ServiceNow-based applications using JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), HyperText Markup Language (HTML), and application programming interfaces (APIs)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and experience with Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Field Service Management (FSM), or Clinical Device Management (CDM) modules
  • Experience using artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled tools and digital technologies to improve efficiency, support analysis, and enhance the quality of work products
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available


Preferred:

  • Experience in real estate, facilities management, maintenance & operations, capital projects, or space management

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200 to $229,100.
