Located in Rosemount, Minnesota, EGA Spectro Alloys is a modern, high-volume aluminum recycling and foundry operation where innovation, teamwork, and hard work drive everything we do. We continuously grow and invest in our people, processes, and technology - and we're looking for motivated team members who want to grow with us. No experience? No problem. We provide the training, support, and hands-on experience needed to succeed. What matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Our Production Associates are the backbone of the plant. In this role, you'll gain exposure to multiple production areas and develop valuable industrial skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. One week you may work near the furnaces, another week supporting finishing operations or material handling. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and work well with others, we want to hear from you.
Compensation & Schedule

  • Starting Wage: $20.00/hour
  • Night Shift Premium: Additional $1.30/hour
  • Schedule: Rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)
  • Shift Times:
    • Days: 4:45 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Nights: 4:45 PM - 5:00 AM

What You'll Do
This is a hands-on role in a dynamic manufacturing environment where you'll contribute to daily operations while building valuable skills and experience.
Responsibilities include:
  • Safely stack and handle aluminum ingots (approximately 28 lbs each)
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment (training provided)
  • Assist with routine maintenance and general plant operations
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to support production goals
