Responsibilities/Qualifications:
  • Function as a healthcare provider for patients in a short-term rehab setting within Skilled Nursing Facilities
  • Candidates must be board certified or board eligible and qualify for medical licensure in the State of Texas.
  • Board Certified Physiatrist/PM&R (Physical Medicine and Rehab) or Pain Management
  • Once a month visit
Pay:
  • Base Salary of $1,000 to oversee 2 mid-level providers
  • Additional $250 for each additional mid-level they are overseeing
  • Site visits to be compensated at $500 per visit
