How you create impact
The Operational Care Specialist ensures that internal customers have a positive and consistent experience when engaging with the Operational Care Center (OCC). As part of the OCC team, this role supports Customer Care Locations (CCLs) through proactive service, problem resolution, and effective communication
  • Manage billing using client-quoted pricing and ensure accuracy within established timelines.
  • Process operational files in compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Review and validate gross profit to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain clear and accurate customer instructions within core operating systems, including OneNote.
  • Communicate with CCLs to confirm missing information, rates, or instructions.
  • Partner with the system process team to support automation initiatives related to Operational Care.

What we would like you to bring
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably within a logistics or freight environment
  • 1+ years of hands-on billing experience, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (Pivot tables, PowerQuery, etc.)
  • Data visualization tool experience is a plus (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
