Job description

Job Title: Scientist I

Location: San Diego, CA 92111

Duration: 3 months (with possible extension)


Skills

  • Prior experience with targeted LNP preparation (mAb, Fab, ScFv, VHH coated LNP) and immune cell delivery is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline with 4+ years of biopharma industry experience, OR a Master’s degree with 1+ years of industry experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on laboratory experience specializing in LNP formulation and encapsulation of nucleic acids (mRNA, siRNA, or DNA).
  • Proficiency with standard LNP characterization methods, including Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), Zeta potential, and Ribogreen assays.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel is required; hands-on experience with statistical and data analysis software (e.g., JMP, Prism) is preferred.
