Stores serve Aviation professionals such as Pilots, Flight Attendants and Ground Crews with their Uniform and Travel and Career needs. We feature products such as LuggageWorks luggage, Travel Pro Luggage, Aviation pilot headsets, Crew Outfitter brand Uniforms, Nebo flashlights, and many items geared toward the Career Flight Attendant and Pilot. This is a great Job for the Aviation Enthusiast.
Job Description:
As Customer Service Lead, you are responsible in providing an excellent customer experience to all customers in our 2 ATL locations. You will be trained to confidently carry out all Crew Outfitter policies and answer questions about our specialty products and receive the necessary training to effectively use the Point-of-Sale system. You will be cross trained for consistency so that no matter which team member is on the floor, our customers will always receive the same excellent attention and service.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide uniform component fittings
  • Provide detailed luggage information
  • Provide basic headset knowledge
  • Price and stock inventory
  • Perform shipping and receiving duties as needed
  • Other duties as directed
Qualifications and Skills
2 years Customer Service preferred
This job requires a background check to work within the ATL Hartsfield Airport
Must be able to lift 30-40 Lbs
