Overview

HK Global Duty Free is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Regional Store & Sales Manager to lead and expand our retail operations in Southern California and wholesale distribution in Mexico. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, optimizing store performance, and building strategic partnerships across both markets.

Key ResponsibilitiesRetail – Southern California
  • Oversee store operations and sales performance of three border retail stores.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Lead, train, and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor inventory levels, merchandising standards, and promotional activities.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
Wholesale – Mexico
  • Expand wholesale distribution network across Mexico, focusing on key accounts and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and onboard new wholesale clients, including duty‑free operators, travel retailers, and specialty stores.
  • Manage pricing strategies, product assortments, and promotional programs tailored to the Mexican market.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and customs requirements.
  • Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in retail and/or wholesale sales management, preferably in duty‑free, travel retail, or consumer goods.
