Job description

DFE Pharma has a strong and leading position in excipients and is recognized for its high-quality products and services. We work with practically all big pharmaceutical companies worldwide.

As this demands great entrepreneurial power, we are always looking for people who take ownership and are not afraid of accountability.

We are looking for a colleague to join us on atemporary basis from September 2026 to June 2027 as "Key User OTC". This role will provide support and continuity while a current team member is dedicated to an internal project.

The Key User acts as first level support for the end-user organization regarding use, maintenance and improvement of standard processes in SAP and as key user for third party tools (COKZ portal, CoC portal, SAP TM, etc.).

Your responsibilities

Maintain and improve

  • Provide first level support to end-users
  • Report incidents and repair requests to second level support (FrieslandCampina IT)
  • Initiate and report change requests (via HPQC system) based on internal requirements
  • Act as change agent in implementing new ways of working and assure a uniform way of working within DFE Pharma
  • Participate in key user meetings and training

Testing

  • Prepare and perform regression tests and raise defects (at least twice a year)
  • Test own OPCOs Improvement requests

Training

  • Train end-users on system changes (quarterly)
  • Arrange access to multiple systems for onboarding
  • Transform provided instructions into localized work instructions
  • Maintain localized work instructions as owner
  • Maintain customer and logistic related master data in background tables and support structural updates
  • Join small improvement projects as needed
