Job description

Cleveland Clinic-a globally recognized leader in neurology and neurosurgery-is seeking a Section head for the Ambulatory Neurology Clinic Northeast Ohio (NEO) to serve as a key clinical and operational leader responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality general outpatient neurological care across the region. This role requires a neurologist with strong general neurology expertise and demonstrated leadership experience, capable of driving clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and patient-centered care. 

Position Overview  

As a physician leader, the Section head will partner closely with administrative and clinical teams to optimize clinic performance, enhance patient access and experience, and support the growth of ambulatory neurology services. This individual will play a central role in aligning clinical practice with organizational goals, improving care delivery models, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. The section head will oversee a large group of outpatient neurologists and advance practice providers within the NE Ohio market and report directly to the Neurology Enterprise Chair. The position combines direct patient care with leadership responsibilities, offering an opportunity to influence both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives within a dynamic healthcare environment.
