  • A consulting division focused on receivables finance and supply chain finance solutions, supporting complex implementations, migrations, integrations, and strategic consulting across Europe.

Aurify is seeking to hire multiple experienced Business / Functional Analysts to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing development of factoring and receivables finance platforms, more specifically the Lendscape platform within the Factoring and Receivable Finance market.

Lendscape is a leading London-based technology provider offering specialized software for secured finance, including receivables finance, invoice discounting, and asset‑based lending. It enables banks and financial institutions to automate lending operations, manage risk, and improve cash flow for SME customers. Aurify is a preferred supplier supporting Lendscape’s clients with factoring operations and managed services.

The new hires will play a key role in bridging business needs, client requirements, and technical delivery. Depending on your profile, you will focus on functional analysis, solution design, configuration, development, or a combination of these, while working closely with clients and internal delivery teams across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Business / Functional Analyst Responsibilities
  • Act as a link between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams
  • Lead and support workshops, requirement gathering, and functional design
  • Perform functional analysis, configuration, and parameterization of the platform
  • Support data migration activities, including validation and reconciliation
  • Provide second‑line (live) application support for business operations
  • Support key lending processes such as collections, payments, and reporting
  • Contribute to agile delivery, potentially acting as Product Owner or functional lead
Required Expertise & Skills Core Software & Industry Expertise
  • Strong, hands‑on experience within the Receivables and Supply Chain Finance industry and business is essential. Specific knowledge of a leading core invoice finance platform like Lendscape, Codix, Efcom is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of factoring products such as:
    • Full Factoring
    • Invoice Discounting
    • Credit Insurance
    • International Factoring
  • Solid understanding of end‑to‑end lending and operational processes
Technical & Analytical Skills
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
  • Experience with data migration, interfaces, and integrations
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with the Lansa programming environment is a plus
Location & Travel
  • Location: Remote within the European Union & UK - UK or EU citizenship required
    • Preference for candidates based in Benelux, France, UK, or Germany
  • Travel Requirements:
    • Monthly travel to the Belgium office in Antwerp
    • Occasional travel to client sites across the EU

  • Experience within factoring institutions, financial services providers, or consulting firms
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

  • Strong ability to structure information and create clear, professional presentations
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple priorities
  • Language Skills:
    • English: Full professional proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory
    • Additional Languages: Dutch, French, Italian or German are a plus
