Energy Customer Care Agent (Work From Home)

Location: Michigan (Remote), must reside in the state of Michigan

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Pay Rate: $16.50 an hour

Position Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Energy Customer Care Agents to join our dedicated energy team. In this work-from-home role, you will support utility customers by delivering exceptional service in a specialized, technical environment. Our team plays a critical role in helping customers and program participants successfully navigate energy efficiency programs.

Key Responsibilities

ยท Review and process energy efficiency incentive applications for accuracy and eligibility

ยท Finalize approved energy applications and ensure accurate payment processing

ยท Provide inbound and outbound customer support via phone and online chat

ยท Assist applicants and program participants with program questions and application status

ยท Perform back-office processing support for utility clients and their customers

ยท Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing repetitive data and detailed information

Required Skills & Qualifications

ยท Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive data-driven tasks

ยท Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)

ยท Ability to work independently in a remote environment
