Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in a wide range of criminal defense matters, including DUI, misdemeanors, felonies, and related criminal charges.
  • Develop and execute strategic defense plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
  • Conduct detailed case investigations, review evidence, and identify opportunities to strengthen client defenses.
  • Research legal issues and draft persuasive motions, briefs, pleadings, and other court filings.
  • Negotiate with prosecutors to pursue favorable resolutions while always advocating for the best interests of clients.
  • Provide clients with clear legal guidance, case updates, and confidence throughout the legal process.
  • Appear in court for arraignments, hearings, motions, trials, sentencing proceedings, and other critical appearances.

Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
