Insulation Commandos of Charlotte is seeking a dedicated and skilled Insulation Technician/ Crew Chief to join our expanding team. As an Insulation Technician/ Crew Chief, you will play a crucial role in improving energy efficiency, comfort, and safety in residential and commercial buildings. You will be responsible for the installation and removal of various types of insulation materials, as well as performing tasks such as radiant barrier installation, rodent mitigation, air sealing, and air duct cleaning.

Duties include:

ยท Insulation Installation: Install various types of insulation materials, including fiberglass, foam, cellulose, and spray foam, in wall and ceiling cavities according to project specifications.
ยท Insulation Removal: Safely remove old or damaged insulation from existing structures while minimizing damage to the building's structure.
ยท Radiant Barrier Installation: Install radiant barriers to improve energy efficiency by reflecting heat away from living spaces.
ยท Rodent Mitigation: Seal openings and gaps in walls, floors, and ceilings to prevent rodents and pests from entering insulated spaces.
ยท Air Sealing: Identify and seal air leaks in buildings to improve energy efficiency and maintain indoor comfort.
