Job description

We make energy efficiency improvements to existing homes by installing insulation, duct work or HVAC amongst other items. We need a new installer preferably with energy efficiency knowledge, certifications a plus, but not required. We would prefer candidates with construction or HVAC background.

We have an amazing team environment and a flexible work schedule. All candidates must have a clean criminal record and a valid drivers license. Flexible full time or part time hours available Monday through Friday. No weekends!!

Candidates will be professional, punctual, organized, responsible, and hardworking with a positive attitude.

Duties Include:

  • Installing insulation and weatherization services
  • Installing duct work/sealing duct work
  • Demo/insulation removal
  • Maintaining and keeping work vehicles organized

New Technician must:

  • Speak to customers and explain scope of work
  • Work in homes in an organized, clean fashion
  • Be punctual or communicate when you are running late
  • Work in a professional manner at all times
  • Have personal vehicle to get to and from work (Company vehicle is provided for job, but not over night)
  • Valid drivers license
  • No criminal background
