Dental Laboratory Technicians often encounter challenges such as working with intricate details, meeting tight deadlines, and ensuring the precision of dental appliances. New hires should be prepared for tasks that require high attention to detail, patience, and manual dexterity, as even minor errors can affect the quality of dental restorations. Collaborating closely with dentists and other technicians is also common, making strong communication skills important.
