Job Summary: Direct Support Professional (Caregiver)

We are expanding our care team and need reliable Direct Service Workers (DSW) to provide essential support 7 days a week 6am to 2pm, in the Welsh area. This is a perfect opportunity to help our local consumers live with care and dignity in their own homes. Join us and make a lasting impact in the Welsh community by providing the 1-on-1 assistance our neighbors need to remain independent. The applicant for this position MUST have reliable transportation, with valid driving documents and must be able to pass a criminal background check.


Shift Details: Direct Support Professional (Caregiver)

  • Shift: Day Shift

  • Hours: 6am to 2pm

  • Days: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun


Core Responsibilities: Direct Support Professional (Caregiver)

  • Personal Care: Assist consumers with daily routines, including transfers, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.

  • Home Support: Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping to maintain a safe living environment.

  • Community Help: Provide transportation to appointments or errands within the Welsh area.

  • Daily Documentation: Keep accurate logs of care provided and report any health changes.
