Direct Support Professional (DSP)

ARSYS, LLC | Rochester, MN

Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
Pay: $16.50 to $19.50 per Hour

Make a Difference Every Day

ARSYS, LLC is hiring compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals in residential Group homes.

This is a rewarding hands-on caregiving role where you’ll help individuals with daily living activities, personal care needs, community involvement, and independence. We are looking for caring professionals who are patient, reliable, and committed to improving the quality of life for the individuals we serve.

No prior DSP experience is required — training is available for the right candidates with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with daily personal care needs including:
    • Bathing and showering
    • Dressing and grooming
    • Toileting and brief changes
    • Oral hygiene
    • Feeding and meal assistance
  • Support medication administration as trained
  • Assist with transfers and mobility support
  • Prepare meals and assist with household tasks
  • Maintain clean and safe living environments
  • Transport and accompany individuals to activities and appointments
  • Encourage independence, social interaction, and life skills development
  • Follow care plans and safety procedures

Qualifications

  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
  • Willingness to provide hands-on personal care support
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to assist with mobility and physical caregiving tasks

Schedule Options

Shifts may include:

  • 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Overnight asleep shifts: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Shifts may vary based on program needs.
Every other weekend availability preferred.
